Tourist visa to the US for 10 years
Individuals holding a Grenadian passport have the option to apply for a B1/B2 tourist visa for the United States. This visa permits travel to the US for tourism purposes and also allows for medical treatment for a duration of up to 180 days within a year.

Reducing tax liabilities
‍Grenadian citizens are exempt from paying taxes on worldwide income, dividends, interest, and royalties earned in other countries.

Real Estate

Under the Grenadian Citizenship by Investment Program, the applicant must invest a minimum of US $220,000 or US $350,000 in a government-approved real estate project within Grenada. The property cannot be resold under the program until five (5) years after acquiring citizenship.

Donation

The National Transformation Fund (NTF) sustains Grenada's economic growth by financing projects across various industries, including tourism, trade, agriculture, and alternative energy. Applicants make a non-refundable contribution to the NTF, with the amount based on the number of dependents in the application.
